Waiting for Steve
I think Bruno got a little sick of me today. He sat here for nearly 30 minuets waiting for Steve to come home. It looked incredibly uncomfortable and a few times he even fell asleep. Through the laughter all i could think was, "now there is another place in the house that i have to clean drool off of, great."

I just cant decide.
The semester is finally over! Another 4.0 and hopefully acceptance to the nursing program, but i wont find out about that for a few more weeks. Now that school is done I have a whole month of rest, relaxing and a bit of quilting.
I wanted over the Christmas break to make a king size quilt for our bed. Huge project and I cant settle on a pattern that I'm just in love with. I have however found the fabric. All bright and all awesome!

Lets hope this quilt works.

Do complain on Thanksgiving
I had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Utah, be it a little short. Seeing family and friends was great and I feel I was very blessed to be able to make the trip. The only downside was the cold! I didn't realize till I went up there how cold Utah can get. We left 75 degree weather; shorts, t-shirts and flip flops where the clothing of choice and it was nice, then we got to Utah. It was COLD. The whole trip I felt like all I could do was complain about the chill, had to buy a sweater and was shivering at my parents house most of the time.
It was so nice to get back to the warm weather. Sunday and Monday were a little wet, but still warm and then this is what I woke up to this morning. . .

SNOW! WHAT! SERIOUSLY! It hasn't snowed in this town in over 10 years! Today is wet and cold, just like Utah. Most business are closed and the schools are shut down. 6 inches of snow. I think this was Gods way of telling me not to complain on Thanksgiving and to remind me that I still am at Utah girl.
